The day before Valentines day, I went to Pasadena for work. When I got home at 10:30, Timm said, "Your surprise is downstairs." So I went down and found a 1-800 flowers box and assembled two dozen beautiful pastel roses in the included vase.

As normal, I had great ideas for valentines day. And as normal, my execution of said ideas failed. Tues. afternoon, I ran to the store and grabbed packs of Mountain Dew, Pepsi & Rootbeer, Hot pockets and Pringles. Yes, I know. A little uncreative. But I went with my strengths and played to their stomachs. And I scored! They were tickled pink (for Valentines day...)
My two high schoolers dove in before I could get a picture of all three. But Here is Trev's still put together.
Timm got bottled coke (his fave), a chocolate basketball and a balloon. (I know. I overdid...ok, I know, I am a loser!) We had a "romantic" dinner of Del Taco in honor of the Valentine's day 18 years ago, when we went to Taco Bell and the headed to the St. George temple grounds where he proposed to me.
Since Tay has Zero dollars, I asked him if he wanted me to pick something up for Alexis. He said Chocolate and Yoohoos. So I did. I tried (failed) to make a candy bouquet. This was the result. She must be a pretty good sport!
