What the heck is Lacrosse?

Tay's friend played lacrosse last year and told him he should try it - especially as much as he liked football. They have a club here in anthem that they are trying to get going. So they are holding free clinics every Saturday morning this summer. Tay went to his first one this week. He said he felt stupid because he didn't know ANYTHING about lacrosse. So he was a little timid. (it didn't help that his buddy wasn't there this week - so he was flying solo!) We decided we are going to have to research it (like the nerds we are) and find some books from the library. And have his friend come over and give him some pointers, before he goes again. (Imagine what it would be like to try and play baseball if you knew nothing about it....I am amazed he didn't get so frustrated that he walked home.) I am sure next time will go better! :)
